What is ‘Premium Delivery Service’?

It is a delivery service provided by Merchantrade Asia Sdn Bhd (hereafter interchangeably referred as “Merchantrade” or “We”) to its money changing customer(s) (hereafter interchangeably referred as “customer(s)” or “you” or “your”) within Klang Valley, where currency purchased shall be delivered to the customer’s pre-registered office address with Merchantrade subject to such terms Merchantrade may impose from time to time.

Who is eligible for Premium Delivery Service?

Any individual/corporate customer are eligible for the Premium Delivery Service once they have completed the CDD process and perform the first transaction via branch collection.

CDD is a process to identify the customer(s) or person purporting to act on behalf of the customer(s) & verify their identity using reliable, independent source document, data or information.

The process is as follows:

Step 1

• Register the office address via https://www.eforex.com.my/ thru the web application.
(Note: Mobile application does not provide the registration feature).

• Select ‘Member Login’ to key in the email address and the password then ‘Submit’

• Go to the menu button, select ‘Premium Delivery’, register the address and click ‘Apply This Address’

Step 2

• eForex customer service unit shall process the request

Step 3

• eForex shall notify you by way of email and SMS as to whether your proposed location for registration is approved or rejected.

For approved locations
You can now login to the system to purchase the currency and select your preferred location

• For rejected locations
You may make another attempt to register a different location which is convenient for you to receive delivery of the currency.

Approved Location refers to selective location(s) within Klang Valley where the Premium Delivery service is available. Such location(s) may vary from time to time at Merchantrade’s absolute discretion.

‘Premium Delivery Service’ is offered for currency purchases above RM20,000.00

There is no fee imposed for the ‘Premium Delivery Service’.

You are allowed to register up to 3 locations.

Delete the location:

Step 1

• Go to https://www.eforex.com.my/ thru the web application.
(Note: Mobile application does not provide the registration feature).

• Select ‘Member Login’ to key in the email address and the password then ‘Submit’.

• Go to menu ‘Premium Delivery’ - all existing registered addresses will be listed.

Step 2

• Click on the DELETE button on the address that you want to delete.

Step 3

• The address will be deleted from your list.

Edit the location:

Step 1

• Go to https://www.eforex.com.my/ thru the web application.
(Note: Mobile application does not provide the registration feature).

• Select ‘Member Login’ to key in the email address and the password then ‘Submit’.

• Go to menu ‘Premium Delivery’ - all existing registered addresses will be listed.

Step 2

• Click on EDIT button on the address that you want to amend.

Step 3

• The details of the location will be displayed.

Step 4

• Make any required changes and click ‘Apply This Address’ button.

Step 5

• Your premium delivery address request, will be processed accordingly.

Currencies will be delivered to you directly unless during the purchase of currency, you have specified a representative to receive the currency on your behalf.

Yes, you are required to provide your ID and ‘Transaction Pin Number’ to the delivery team when the currencies are delivered. If you have appointed a representative to receive the currencies on your behalf, the representative must furnish to our delivery team, the ID and the ‘Transaction Pin Number’ for verification purposes.

You are required to verify and confirm the currencies received and to acknowledge by signing on the office copy of the receipt and return the same to the delivery team for our record.



TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR PREMIUM DELIVERY SERVICE

1.   Premium Delivery Service is only available to selected business/office location which has been registered and approved by Merchantrade Asia Sdn Bhd (hereafter interchangeably referred as “Merchantrade” or “we” or “our”). In the event the Premium Delivery Service (hereafter referred as “Delivery Service”) is withdrawn after an order has been placed, you may collect the currencies at any of Merchantrade’s designated branches.

2.   Fulfilment of the currency request depends on the type of currencies selected and your delivery location. The currency shall be delivered on best effort basis according to your preferred dates but may be changed at our absolute discretion.

3.   Delivery service are only available on weekdays from 10am to 5pm.

4.   Delivery Service is not available on weekend and Public Holidays.

5.   If you are not available or fail to accept delivery of currencies for any reason, any request for re-delivery may be subject to charges to our absolute discretion.

6.   You are required to verify and confirm the currencies purchased by signing on the office copy of the receipt and return the same to our delivery team.

7.   Merchantrade will not be responsible for any losses arising from your failure to verify and confirm the currencies delivered to you;

8.   Currencies will be delivered in a tamper proof package.

9.   We reserve the right to change the terms and conditions of the Delivery Service herein at our absolute discretion without prior notice to you including without limitation suspension or discontinuation of the Delivery Service.
